I have been avidly reading the opinions of various people on the future of online businesses.  Some of the largest companies have put their money in fixed deposits  and are waiting for one or two years , so that company valuations come down.  They expect the online businesses to then approach them.  Most online businesses here are not very profitable and will be adversely affected by the decline in advertising revenues. They also have very high overheads, some have more than 1500 employees. These will be the worst affected.  The one person online business owner will survive and use the occassion to take a break from work.
