B2B purchases online
A decade ago, I would be involved in a lot of B2B purchases and most of the work was done offline. This meant sending faxes or letters to all the vendors, and waiting for their reply. Many times, they did not bother to reply on time, so I had to follow up by phone. Today many companies have online catalogs and getting prices is a simple process. However finding reliable merchants who keep their promises is still difficult.
