Preventing copycats
One of the biggest problems with Google Adsense was the problem with copycats. You write good content , drive traffic and then some one copies your content and techniques. They also copy the code and place it on any site they wish. Anyone can open a blogger account and start earning money.
To earn money in the long term, you should do something with high entry barriers. If you earn $$$$ with a method which requires a minimum investment of $$$$ , there are likely to be fewer competitors.
