Mesothelioma compensation
Mesothelioma is a relatively rare form of cancer with less than 3000 patients diagnosed with this disease. Due to this reason most doctors are unable to diagnose this disease early enough so that the patient can be completely cured of it. A large percentage of patients diagnosed with mesothelioma are above 65 years of age, and this also reduces their chances of survival.
Exposure to asbestos is believed to be the most common cause of mesothelioma. Since the Asbestos industry did not forewarn workers and others working with Asbestos, patients suffering from mesothelioma are entitled to compensation from the relevant companies.
