One of the casualties of a companies growth is the lack of  innovation.  One of the largest  internet companies, Google recently reported  a   quarterly decline in revenue.  In the last few years, there have been very few new or innovative products from Google as a result of which advertisers are cutting down on their budgets.  Every one wants to maintain the status quo.
